神戸元町にある群愛飯店に行ってきました。
およそ20年ぶり位の訪問です。
今回はランチタイムで利用しました。
母は群愛ランチ 1000円
3種類のおかずが楽しめるランチセット。
海老のレモンソース
中華風茶碗蒸し
豚肉とブロッコリーの炒め
上記３種類のおかずにライスとスープがついて、1000円はとても良心的な値段
２人でランチをシェア。
中華風茶碗蒸しが優しい味でほっとします。
歌もたっぷり入ってます。
私は焼きそばの海鮮焼きそば。
広東風海鮮揚げそば 1210円 スープ付き
海鮮がたっぷり入ってて、優しい味の餡がかかった。揚げ焼きそば。
きちんとした処理されている海鮮や野菜の炒め方など食感や風味もとても良い。
友人からもここの海鮮焼きそばが好きという話をよく聞いていて、ふと思い出して
久々に食べて良かったです。
私は単品メニューの焼きそばにしましたが、こってりしすぎない薄味で奥深い味の中華料理だと感じました。
母もとても好みの味と言って喜んでいました。
ランチセットは全体的に良心的だと感じました。
近くにお勤めの方でお昼12時ごろになると満席になります。
ランチタイムのデザートも良心的な値段。
平日ランチタイム限定で杏仁豆腐、タピオカ入りココナッツミルクがプラス220円で楽しめます。
ブレンドのお茶が出てきましたが、風味が良くおかわりしちゃいました。
プアール茶とジャスミン茶やのブレンド。
店内で飲むのは無料です。
持ち帰り用のお茶も販売しています。
大昔訪れた時は夜のメニューを楽しみました。
幅広い年代の方に受け入れれるこってりしすぎな優しい味わいの中華料理が楽しめる店であることを再訪して
改めて感じました。
