神戸元町にお仕事で来た。
ランチタイムは2年ぶりに会う友人と情報交換。
どうせなら少し洒落た人気店へと思い、久しぶりの「伊藤グリル」へ。
ここ外のサインには「グリル伊藤」、「伊藤グリル」と両方書いてあるので、よく分かってなかったが、どうやら「伊藤グリル」が正解らしい。
今回、僕が頼んだのは「神戸ビーフシチュー（税抜3600円）。ランチセットに税抜2800円で「黒毛和牛ビーフシチュー」もあるが、せっかく神戸に来たんだし、どうせならと神戸牛にしてみた。
友人は「タンシチュー（税抜3500円）」を注文。
この店はシチューと炭火焼きステーキがウリのメニュー。
デザートや前菜のオードブルも頼めるが今回はスルー。
5分で「サラダ」、「野菜のブイヨンスープ」、
「パン」が運ばれてくる。
「サラダ」…レタスやら、紫キャベツ、トマト、水菜など、軽やかで食べやすい。
「野菜のブイヨンスープ」…玉ねぎ、人参、から取った出汁スープ。さらに彩りのためにパセリが入る。味はザックリしているが、野菜のエキスを感じる。
「パン」…バターと一緒に食べると、相当美味しい。
さらに5分後、いよいよメインの「ビーフシチュー」の登場。
食べ比べたわけではないので、神戸牛と黒毛和牛の差はここでは分からないが、フォークでいじるとホロホロと飾れるほどの柔らかい肉。
少し皿にある部分のソースが足りなそうに思えるが、元々この店の発想であるシチューはスープではないということにも起因して、濃厚でどっしりしたお肉がメイン。ソースは肉に染み込んいるため、それを食べるという事（でも、もうちょっと欲しかったかな…）
味は濃厚で美味。付け合わせのクレソン、マッシュポテト、ボイルされた人参、サヤエンドウ、ブロッコリーは口直しのアクセントにいい感じ。
最後はコーヒーか紅茶かを選ぶ。僕はコーヒーを注文。これは普通に美味しい。
落ち着いた空間でいただく少し贅沢なシチューは西洋文化の入った神戸ならではの雰囲気を味わえる。大正12年創業。初代は船のコックさん。現在は4代目がオーナーシェフ。
