言わずと知れた、神戸洋食店の老舗です。
両親は私が赤ん坊の頃から訪れていて、その当時私は
お店の子供と一緒にベビーベッドに寝かされていたそうです。
記憶にあるのは、小～中学生の頃。
途中で左に曲がる狭い木製の階段を昇りきると、薄暗い照明の風格ある空間が拡がっていて…。
憶えているのは、メインの前のポタージュスープ＆パン。
メインは忘れてしまったけど、たっぷりのスープがとにかく美味しかった♪
それから一人ではふらっと伺ったこともあるのですが…、
2021年4月1日、父の墓参りの帰りに家内、息子と共に伺いました。
明るく開放的になった店内は、コロナ禍をもろともせず盛況でした。
給仕さんの目は行き届き、テキパキ。
私は特選神戸牛ビーフシチュー、息子は黒毛和牛のタンシチュー、
家内は神戸牛煮込みハンバーグをオーダーしました。
先ず出てきたのが、えんどう豆のポタージュスープ、ミニサラダ。
もちろん数十年前じゃあるまいし、ポタージュスープはカップで少量でした。
シチューは、さすがのお味でした。
特選神戸牛は霜降りのトロトロ肉だと思っていたら、意外にヘルシーな赤身。
しtかし、シチューソースが浸み込んだ肉はホロホロとほぐれ、旨い♪
思っていたのと違ったけど、さすがの美味しさに嬉しくなった。
息子とシェアしたタンシチューは、トロトロに柔らかくてイメージ通りのお味。
これも旨い…、値段を考えたら、こっちだったかな？
家内のハンバーグはシェアできませんでしたが、家内は満足だったよう。
パンも美味しいとのたまっておりました。
神戸でシチューの美味しい洋食屋は何店か心当たりがありましたが、
此処のシチューはやっぱりトップクラスに入ってきますね。
また頂きたい伊藤グリルのシチュー…、
今度は面倒だけど旨いテールシチュー、いってみようかな？
