10年以上まえに上司に連れられ、以来何度も伺っていました。当時はアラカルトで色々食べられ、干し海鼠の美味しさを教えていただき、ホテル中華のレベルの高さに感動しました。
そんな思い出のある当店、久しぶりにランチで伺いましたが、残念なランチになりました。
最初のお皿オードブルは流石のお味でとても美味しい♪と思いビールも進みました。良いスタートです、次のフカヒレスープもまずまず。
しかしつぎの天心ではアレっと思い、揚げ物ではまさかの作り置きを温めてただけに気付きました、メインも作り置きでした。
カピカピになってますよ、ランチ客だからコレで良いと思ってますか！？
中華料理の作り置きはすぐに分かります。神戸は素晴らしい街中華の宝庫、安いお店でも今どき作り置きを温め直して出したりしません。
コレでは昔の良い思い出のぶち壊しです。同行者とも会話が少なくなり、静かなランチになってしまいました。
ホテルの経営も厳しいと思いますが、ホテルオークラ神戸にふさわしい昔の桃花林に戻って欲しいと思います。
