Inspired by the high level of Steak in Kobe, I stopped by on my way back from Minatogawa Shrine near Kobe Station. Steak cooked over charcoal and Teppan-yaki was delicious. ◾️Location The nearest stations are Kosoku Kobe Station, Kobe Station, and Okurayama Station. Close to Minatogawa Shrine. ◾️Crowdiness I went there at noon on January 3rd and was able to get in without a reservation. There were three customers. ◾️What I ordered Tenderloin 150g 8,500 yen White wine glass 700 yen Red wine glass 700 yen Bill 11,990 yen ◾️Food ○Dipping? Is it because it's a new year? I had herring roe and black beans. I'm glad I got into the New Year mood. ○Salad There are plenty of ingredients. Delicious. ○The vegetables in the vegetable Teppan-yaki are delicious. The pumpkin, onion, asparagus, and shiitake mushrooms each had a rich and delicious flavor. ○Garlic slices Garlic slices were crisply fried and served. While snacking on this, enjoy vegetables and meat. ○Meat The meat is charcoal grilled. The flame effect is also wonderful. The meat is served on top of bread. It's tender and the meat tastes delicious! The juices will burst in your mouth. It was such an exquisite piece of meat that I could have eaten as much as I wanted. ○Bread The bread that the meat was placed on is soaked with meat juices. I was given a loaf of bread with gravy and everything was ready. ○Dessert Shime was a strawberry dessert. It was delicious. ◾️Atmosphere and Service There is a counter and a private room, but I think the counter is the main one. I could see Teppan-yaki and charcoal grill from the counter, so I enjoyed it as entertainment. ◾️Summary This is a long-established Steak restaurant near Kobe Station. It was a classic Steak. The price was reasonable, but I was satisfied.
