ニンニク多め
ガツンといただける台湾料理です。
白麻婆は
ピリ辛なんですが、麻辣ではなかった。
ピリ辛の餡掛けのような感じで豆腐をいただけます。
空芯菜 ◎
ニンニク多い。味濃い。美味しい。
飲みがすすみます。
茎はシャキッとしてて
菜はクタっとした菜なのに
味付けが美味しいとクタっとしてても美味しい。
ルーローハン ○
八角多いです。タレも美味しい。
これで肉がもう少し厚みがあってベーコンぽくなかったら1番好きなルーローハンでした。
海老餃子
ぷりぷり。若干のエビ臭みあり。
でも美味しい。
アテの焼豚 ○
サッパリしてます。何個でもいける。
排骨湯の麺 ◎
排骨を衣つけて揚げてるため
スープに衣がしゅんで、美味しい。
手間かかったお料理。これだけ少し値段高くて1500円
総合すると
素材はクタっとしてたり臭みあったり
そんなにと思うモノもあるのに
とにかく味付け、お料理が私好みなんだなと思う
お店でした。
店内はすごくレトロでビックリしちゃうかもしれません。八角、ニンニク好きで
台湾料理が好きな人にはとてもいいかと。
