小振りな茶碗のご飯に継ぎ足しの甘辛いタレで煮込んだ豚肉がのった小どんぶりで、甘辛タレの味はクセは少なめでなかなかの美味しさ♪♪
台湾湯麺（台湾汁そば）
かなりあっさり優しく、それでいて奥に味わいを感じる澄んだスープにそぼろ肉がゴロゴロと入っていて細麺がマッチしていて美味♪
