毎年春が近づくと、桜味の商品を求める。
「神戸ぶっせ」は、ふわっと軽い生地に桜の花びらとりんごの果肉が入ったクリームをサンドした期間限定のもの。
「プティーゴーフル」は軽く焼き上げた薄焼きの生地にさくら風味のクリームをサンド。春の訪れを感じさせる華やかな味わい。
「パレ・オ・ショコラ」は細かく刻んださくらの花を練り込んだクッキーにホワイトチョコレートをサンド。さくらの甘い香りが広がる。
