昼食を頂きに、こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の昼12時５分頃、先客は4名、後客は3名でした
メニューはチキンorキーマカレー、単品かセットか？の4択となり、注文は【サービスセット（チキンカレー）（880円）】※セットはカレー、サラダ、チャイとなります
提供は、６分程でした
一口目からスパイスの効いた深い味わいが、口の中に広がりますね
32種類のスパイスと共にじっくりと煮込まれた具材は原型は留めていないので恐らくタマネギは入っているくらいしか分かりません
チキンカレーにしたので、手羽元の骨付き鶏肉が2個付いて来ます
こちらもしっかり煮込まれているので、スプーンで削ぎ落とす事が出来る柔らかさで、軟骨もコリコリとした食感で美味しく頂けます
サフランライスも程良い炊き加減で良いですね
サラダはピリ辛さのあるキュウリとダイコンのピクルスとシャキッとしたレタスでした
食後にチャイが提供されます
こちらも、ミルキーな味わいの中にもスパイスが効いてこれがめちゃ美味しかったです♪
