見た目や雰囲気など検討し赤萬さんに行きました。
餃子しかないシンプルなメニューも好感が持てた。昼であったが、スッとテーブルに座れた。お客の回転は早いようで、持ち帰りの人も。土日はひとり2人前注文必須らしい。2人前とビールを注文。ジューっと焼ける餃子の音も気持ちよく待つ。
まず初めに、何もつけずいただく。うん、皮も美味しい。焼きも素晴らしい。次は、初体験の味噌ダレ。なるほど、、、これはいける。普通の味噌ではない感じ。帰ったら作ってみたいな。残りはラー油と酢も加え醤油も。神戸餃子が富山にも欲しくなりました。ご馳走様でした。
