神戸に来るときはだいたい中華料理ですが
今回はTV大阪の人気旅番組おとな旅あるき旅12月放送の神戸編で紹介されたので
ランチに訪問しました。
特製黒毛和牛ひつまぶし膳１８４８円(税込)が人気だそうです。
開店が11時半ですが20分着には店内と二階への階段に列ができていました
10分待ちで２階座敷に着座します。
ひつまぶし膳１６８０円(税別のとすき焼き膳(1800円税別)を注文します
私はひつまぶし膳
鰻ひつまぶしのように先にお肉をいただきます。
3連小鉢には山葵 葱 塩が入っています。
わさびをつけいただくと肉が柔らかです。
葱も入れご飯と一緒食べるとすこし甘みのあるタレは量が少なく
水くさかったです。
そのまま相方も一口たべると同じ感想です。
男性にはご飯が少ないです。
スタッフさんにタレをもらえばよかったかもしれませんね。近くに来ませんでした。
