■注文内容
黒毛和牛ひつまぶし膳 1680円+税
■感想
平日の開店20分前で既に待ちあり
開店時には階段の下まで列が伸びてました
肉は表面だけ炙ってスライスし、
ご飯の上に花びら上に敷き詰めビジュアル◎
ひつまぶし膳の食べ方は基本的に鰻と同じ
まずそのまま
↓
薬味皿真ん中のネギを乗せる
↓
薬味皿両端の海苔・ネギ・山葵でお茶漬け
タレは肉の旨さを邪魔しないあっさり醤油ベース
肉はかなりサシが入っていて、
噛むと脂の甘さがじゅわっと溢れる
そしてとにかく肉が柔らかいのです
巻き麩の赤出汁は三つ葉の香り良く、
お新香も箸休めに丁度良き塩梅
シメのダシ茶漬けもあっさりといただける
色々と食べ方試してみましたが、
個人的には肉にワサビを乗っけて
醤油をちょいと垂らすのがベストかも
ちょっといいランチをいただきたい時には良きお店
次伺うことがあればすき焼き膳かなー
