神戸で、牛肉を扱うお店には何軒（ホテルオークラの鉄板焼のお店・ステーキハウス 縁 さん・西村屋 たじま路 さん）か伺っているのですが、神戸牛を食べたことはまだありませんでした。（それぞれ、黒毛和牛・国産牛・但馬牛）
そして、ようやく、神戸牛を食べる機会が訪れたわけです。（神戸牛コロッケなどは当然何回も食べてはいますが。）
2階の座敷に案内され、注文したのは「神戸牛 極上赤身・120ｇ：6,050円」。ランチには「Aセット（ごはん・サラダ・赤出汁）：880円」はサービスで付いています。また、三が日中ということもあり、「平日限定大特価！ステーキコース：3,900円」はやっていませんでした。
店内は結構混んでいて、スタッフは走り回っていました。
注文から25分後にサラダが提供され、ステーキが提供されたのはそのわずか5分後でした。サラダはすぐに提供出来るものだと思うのですが・・・。
初めていただく神戸牛の感想ですが・・・、「美味しかった」です。残念ながらあるレベル以上のお肉は殆ど区別できず、一括りに「美味しい」としか表現できない悲しい老人なのです。
