I visited this Restaurants, located a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya, around 7:30 on a Thursday night. When we arrived at the store under the cold winter sky with high expectations, we were surprised to find that we were the only customers. On such a quiet night, I chose the stew course and my wife chose the assiette course. What particularly impressed me about my stew course was the beef, which was so tender that it fell apart in my mouth. It's been a while since I've had such a delicious stew, and I was truly impressed by its taste. On the other hand, Hamburg that was included in my wife's assiette course was a masterpiece that overflowed with the deep flavor of the meat, and she was very satisfied. Naturally, the deliciousness of the fried shrimp was highly praised. After this wonderful dining experience, I had the opportunity to talk a little with the staff at the restaurant. There is always a line of customers who come without reservations during lunch time on Saturdays and Sundays. Also, it's so popular that you can't get in without making a reservation on Saturday and Sunday nights. I feel that it is essential to make a reservation in advance the next time I visit. Or maybe I'll go again on a weekday night. During this visit, I was able to experience delicious food and warm hospitality, and I felt strongly that I would like to visit again. This Restaurants is a wonderful place where you can enjoy heartwarming food on a quiet evening, and we would like to recommend it to many people.
