平日のお昼に訪問しました。
開店直後に伺ったので、僕一人でした。
日替わりカレーランチ（800円）のうち、茄子キーマを注文しました。
（2種類のカレーから選べます）
はじめにサラダが出てきて、しばらくしてターメリックライスと別皿のカレーが出てきます。
（オーダーが通ってから、一皿一皿仕上げていかれます）
食べログやミーツで予習していたので、お味をなんとなく想像して行ったのですが、
想像以上でした！！
こんなにも優しい甘みが漂うカレーは初めて・・。
これが手間をかけて作られているタマネギペーストの甘みなのでしょう！
これは美味しいわ～。うん、ほんと美味しい。
ちゃんとスパイスが効いているところに漂う底抜けに優しい甘みが
とりこになりますね。
いつもの通りあっという間に食べ終わって、食後のチャイがまたうまいんだ。
出てきた熱々のチャイに、スプーン1杯のお砂糖入れて飲んでみました。
そのお味は、昔インドに旅行してガンジス川のほとりで飲んだ
土器みたいな中に入ったチャイそのもの！
大満足で店を後にします。
優しい気持ちでいっぱいになる、そんな素敵なお店でした。
再訪確実。（というよりもう行ってきました）
