神戸市中央区、モザイクの２階にあるお好み焼き屋さんです☆
前日にテレビ(魔法のレストラン)で紹介されていた昭和21年創業のチェーン店、もちろんモザイクはそんなに古くはありませんが(^_-)
お好み焼き、モダン焼き、明石焼き、とん平焼き、唐揚げ等を注文しました。
明石焼きだけは、なんちゃって風でしたが、それ以外はとても美味しかったです☆
特に“濃厚３種チーズ牛にこみトマトモダン”は糸を引くチーズと上に乗った肉が柔らかく美味しくて、更にボリュームもあったのでリピ決定！
飲み物は、ハイボールのメガとビールの大を飲みましたが、ハイボールは薄めで氷が多いので酔うには物足らず、ビールはプレミアムモルツだったか銘柄は失念しましたが、香り高くて美味しいものでしたので、アルコールはビールがオススメです(^_-)
あと唐揚げモモですが、私をカラアゲニストと認定した“日本唐揚協会”で４年連続金賞受賞されたもので、中ジューシーな美味しい唐揚げでした♪
眼鏡をかけた男性店員さんの接客が丁寧だったのも好印象(^^)
夫婦二人、調子に乗って食べたので、会計は8000円を超えちゃいました(^_^;)
まん延防止措置で20時30分ラストオーダーの21時閉店だそうです、オーダーストップのギリギリで注文したら、焼くのに時間もかかるので、めちゃくちゃ早く食べないと間に合いそうにないですよ(笑)
近いうちに再訪問しそうな予感です、ごちそうさまでした(^o^)
