I had the Nikutama Soba. The moment I ate it, the aroma of shiso drifted in my mouth. It was very delicious. It was piping hot, so be careful when eating it. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was also crispy. The yakisoba was thick and juicy. However, it's a mosaic, so it might get crowded depending on the time.
