店頭に「長崎ちゃんぽん・皿うどん」と書かれた垂れ幕に目を奪われました。
道路の対面から様子を見ていますと、人の出入りが頻繁に為されています。
その状況から人気店である事が伺えましたので、日程を調整後にお邪魔しました。
１２時を過ぎると混雑するだろうと、敢えて１２：３０を目標に入店。
その時間でも混雑していて、５分待って相席にて着席出来ました。
「長崎」のちゃんぽんを食するべきだと思っていましたが、先客さん達が食されている料理を見ると、ボリュームが物凄いのです。
食しきれないと考え直し、同僚共々ミニちゃんぽんとミニ天津飯をオーダー。
５分後に配膳された物を見て、やっぱり多かったと再認識させられました。
ちゃんぼんは具沢山で、メインはキャベツともやし。
あさりと気持ち程度のかまぼこ＆木耳は、長崎ではないちゃんぽんだからか。
麺を摘まんで食しますが、柔らかい仕上がり。
全ての商品が柔らかめなのかは解りませんが、ラーメン系の麺にはコシを越して欲しい。
キャベツも煮詰められていた為、しんなりしていて食感が今一つ。
スープも塩味を効かせた薄味でしたから。。
天津飯の餡は私的に甘過ぎました。
エビが入っていたのは嬉しかったですが、◯将の餡ダク天津飯の方が旨いと思います。
