いわゆる町中華です。
昼夜通し営業で、テイクアウトや出前もやっています。
長崎ちゃんぽんと皿うどんが看板メニューで、それ以外に中華の定食屋さんにあるもの大体は揃っています。
店内メニューは写真付きですし、店外にも商品サンプルがあって、どれもとても美味しそうですしわかりやすいです。
長崎ちゃんぽんは写真に偽りなく具材豊富で鮮やかですし、
長崎ちゃんぽんもそれ以外もとても量が多くて、コスパ良いと思います。
長崎ちゃんぽんのテイクアウトを2回したことがあるのですが、1度目はとても美味しく、2度目はとてもしょっぱかったです。
料理担当のおじさんが2人いるようで、どちらか一方に当たるとどの料理もしょっぱくなるそうです。
この日は唐揚げ定食を店内で食べました。
ラーメン、焼飯、唐揚げの豪華3点セットです。
メニューには書いていないですし店員さんからも何も聞かれないので、ラーメンは醤油味で提供されますが、実はラーメンは味噌、塩に変更もできます。今回は醤油ラーメンにしました。
全てしょっぱかったですが、美味しかったです。特に焼飯。
追加で餃子も注文しました。
テーブルに餃子のタレ、ラー油、酢、胡椒がありそれらを小鉢に入れて使いました。
こちらも美味しかったです。私はタレ＋ラー油よりも酢＋胡椒の組み合わせの方がこの餃子には合うと思いました。
両親はビールを注文、私はドリンクなしだったのですが、両親にはキムチが提供されました。ビールあるいはドリンク注文の場合のサービスかもしれません。
配膳はおばさんだったのですが、感じの良い方でした。
1000円出せば昼でも夜でもお腹いっぱい食べられる、地元の方に愛されていそうな町中華だと思いました。
