萬龍さんにお邪魔しました。
長崎ちゃんぽんと皿うどんが看板メニューと思われるこちらのお店。
どちらも嫌いなので（ごめんなさい）、中華定食1080円を注文しました。
お連れ様は冷麺（夏季のみ）、シェアでエビチリ。
生ビールをそれぞれ2杯ずつ飲みました。
注文してから約10分。
思わず出たひと言「デカっ」
お皿の大きさが尋常ではありません。
はみ出さんばかりの勢いでおかずが乗っています。
一番下はふわふわ千切りキャベツ。
キャベツの上には野菜たっぷりの餡かけ。
トップは厚みのある卵焼き。
周りにはデカイ唐揚げが2個と分厚い焼豚が2枚。
こんなデカ盛りだと知っていたらビールは頼みませんでした…。
炭酸でお腹が膨れてしまうので。
餡は割と薄味だったので、卓上のラー油とお酢で味変していただきました。
唐揚げと焼豚が少ししょっぱいかな？の手前くらいの濃い味だったので、全体的にはバランスがとれていました｡
エビチリは、とても大きなむき身が惜しげもなく山盛りに。
かなり辛いので、ビールもご飯も進みます。

神戸には大陸系の中華料理店がとても多く、日本人が経営している中華料理店をあまり見かけることがないような気がします。
が、こちらのお店は日本人の方が経営しているのではないかと思います。
味付けが完全に日本人向けなんですよね。
中華風大衆食堂ってところかなあと思いました。
気取らずに食べて飲んで、とするのにいいですね。
