神戸でランチデー。
とはいってもすでに13時半。神戸の場合三宮元町であれば、
通しでやってるお店それなりにあるので苦労しないけど、
狙っているお店はさすがに軒並みラストオーダー済。
そこで、テクテクと元町からさらに西へ歩いていると発見。
南京町から少し離れてるのと、二階に上がって行かなあかんので、
何気に穴場っぽさに惹かれて入ってみました。
マスターは中国のかたらしく、メニューも本格的。
ランチは何種類かあって、チャーハンと汁物がコンセプトの模様。
チャーハンとワンタンを（800円）
チャーハンはしっとりしていてわりとあっさりしています。
水分を飛ばし過ぎてパサパサしているよりは断然こちらの方がいいです。
プロが作った基本的なチャーハンといったところでしょうか。
ワンタンはプリッとしていてどっさり入っています。スープはよくある
うぇいのーぱーだと思われますが、チャーハンと一緒に食べるにはいいかも。
おそらく南京町の店舗と差はないでしょうし、混んでもないのではないでしょうか？
それでいて本格的な大衆中華のお店としてなかなか使えそうでしたよ。
夜にふらりと入ることがあればまた行ってみたいかも＾＾
