夕食を頂きに伺ったお店がお休みだったので、予定変更して、こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の夜18時25分頃、先客は0名、後客は2名でした
注文は【車エビの汁そばと焼き飯（1,000円）】
提供は、5分程でした
麺は、柔らかい表面のストレートの中華白麺です
スープは、鶏ガラベース塩味のしっかりとした味付けです
トッピングの車エビは大きめが2尾が半分づつにされたモノが4本は、青梗菜もたっぷり入っています
具材はこの2種類とかなりシンプルですが美味しいです
焼き飯は普通サイズのお茶碗一杯分の半焼き飯ですね
ラードで炒められたしっとりタイプでオイスターソースで味付けされていて香ばしさもありますね
具材は刻みチャーシュー、カットされた海老、ネギ、玉子といったところです
しっかりとした味付けが美味しかったです
