前々から気になっていた味香園さんへ。
店内に入ると座敷以外は満席、座敷も円卓で家族連れが食事の真っ最中。人気のお店かなと思いつつ案内されるまま座敷のテーブルへ。
まずはビールとピータン、揚げワンタンをオーダー、ピータンはちょっとアンモニア臭がするがまぁまぁ想定道理のもの、チビチビとビールを飲んでいると揚げワンタンが到着、別添の餡をつけて食べるスタイルなので最後までサクサクで食べられる。仲々量が多い。
続いて春巻をしようとオーダー、味はしっかりとついていて餡もとろっとして美味い、芥子だけで充分美味い、ビールがすすむ。
続いて牡蠣のお好み焼きをオーダー、これは西湖園さんと同じスタイルでチリソースをつけて食べる、これも美味い、紹興酒にあう。
締めは炒飯、いつも書いているが何故華僑の人が作る炒飯は味は違えど美味いんだろう?
ここの炒飯も絶品だった。
相対的にボリュームがあったお店でした。
今日も美味しく戴きました。
飽く迄も個人的な見解で味覚に関しては個人的なものです。
