この日は生憎冷たい雨振りの天気・・・先ず１軒目は某お店で紹介頂いた海鮮のお店「潜漁屋 拓」さんへ伺いました、でも残念ながらお魚の入荷が「鰯」だけ・・・鰯料理とお酒を頂お店を後に・・・
〆に体の温まる物を食べようと言う事になりDUO神戸に・・先ず候補に「北海らーめん 喜龍 デュオこうべ店
」さんが、でもお店の前に行くと家内が別にお店を探しませんか？
そこで移動して探す事に・・・家内がお好み焼がいいかも・・・
そこでお好み焼鉄板焼のこちら昭和やさんへ入店する事にしました。
午後7時50分頃お店へ・・・・先客の方が４組いらっしゃいました・・・全員男性のお客様！仕事帰りに一杯かな？

今回のオーダー
私はシンプルに豚玉焼、家内はすじ玉焼+ねぎでお願いしました。
私達のテーブル横で焼かれています、いい感じの焼き具合・・・
その隣で焼きそばが・・・ソースの焼ける香ばしい香りが・・・・焼きそばも良かったかな？
約10数分で料理が運ばれてくる・・・こちらソースは２種・・・甘口とどろの・・・・
2種のソースミックスして頂きました。
トッピングに鰹粉とアオサをかけて・・・・
家内とシェアして頂く・・・・お好みの生地は一般的で少ししっかり目、一寸期待はずれ的な感想！
食べてお店を出た後家内とおそばが良かったかもね・・・
