Located on the first floor of the Kobe Information and Culture Building Carmeni, a complex in Kobe Harborland, this shop is famous for its rusks. I visited on a weekday afternoon. There were many different kinds of rusks, and I bought the "Wave Magic Box," a box of two types of rusks, plain and chocolate chip. The rusks had a nice crunchy texture, a moderate sweetness, and a simple yet timeless taste, which was quite good.
