県庁前駅より徒歩5〜7分の場所にあるフレンチ料理店 アノニム。
全部で8席完全予約制で営業されている、神戸の人気フレンチ料理店。2021年フレンチwest百名店に選出されています。
予約の埋まり具合にもよるかもしれませんが、平日の夜は店主1人で営業されており、それはそれで特別感が感じられgoodです。
今回は人気メニューのディナーコースを注文。個人的に衝撃を受ける美味しさだったのが、ほうれん草のラビオリを具材にしたスープ料理。なんとも言えない複雑で食材の旨味が詰まったブイヨンのスープと、水餃子とはまた違ったもっちりとした食感とほうれん草の苦味が組み合わさったラビオリは、これまで食べた中でも一番と思えるクオリティでした！
ホワイトチョコレートのスイーツも、ザクザクした食感とホワイトチョコレートの甘味が素晴らしく、料理に力を入れた本格フレンチ料理店といった印象だったので、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
