久しぶりの神戸散策､お洒落なカフェはたくさんありますが、昔からうちの奥さんと訪問している神戸大丸の4階にある､トゥース・トゥースさんへ訪問しました。
土曜日の14時過ぎ、店内は満席､既に店の外にも3組待ちの状態でしたが、10分程度で入店することができました。
今回は2人ともトゥースブレンドの紅茶に以下を注文しました。
・タルトポンム
（りんごのソテーとナッツのタルト）
・タルトフレーズ
（シュクレタルト生地とアーモンドクリームと苺）
いずれのケーキもタルト生地が香ばしく､フルーツとの相性も良く、とても美味しいいただくことができました。
また神戸散策に来た時にはお世話になりたいと思います。
