神戸に来たら、やっぱり神戸牛を食べたいと思い、こちらのお店にやって来ました。
場所は神戸三宮駅から南へ少し行ったあたりにあります。
お店は薄暗くちょっとお洒落な焼肉屋さんといった雰囲気です。
普段神戸牛といえばステーキをいただきますが、こちらでは八坐和重を注文。
重箱入りのご飯の上に濃厚な甘辛味の平切れ肉を焼いたものとレアステーキが半分ずつ乗っていて、めっちゃご飯が進む味わいです。
そこそこボリュームもありましたが、あっという間に完食してしまいました。
神戸牛と言えばステーキが王道ですが、この食べ方も悪くないと思います。
