今日の昼食は、ハーバーランドモザイクの『玉龍ハーバーランド』さんに伺いました。
一年越しで、延期が続いた映画をやっと観て、余韻に浸りながら、モザイクに向かいました。
夫が、今日のランチは中華良いなあと言うので、このお店に初めて伺いました。
玄関には、消毒剤・体温計設置。各席には、アクリルボードも完備で、安心できそうです。
厨房の方から、中国語が聞こえます。接客のお姉さんも、片言の日本語が初々しい。
ランチメニューは、凄く多く、色んな組み合わせで楽しめるようです。
◆ラーメン定食…塩ラーメン・麻婆飯・鶏唐揚げ・サラダ・杏仁豆腐
◆八宝菜定食…八宝菜・鶏唐揚げ・揚げ春巻き・サラダ・卵スープ・ご飯・香の物
◇ノンアルコールビール・・・・・2888円
塩ラーメンは、スープはコクがあってあっさり、細麺に絡ませて食す、旨い。
麻婆豆腐は、辛みは少なかったですが、ご飯と混ぜると格別のお味でした。
八宝菜は、醤油味の甘口です。私は、塩味のさっぱり系が好きですが、これはこれで美味しく頂きました。卵スープが美味しかったですねえ。エノキが入っていて、とろみが合って、薄味でもしっかりした旨味があるスープでした。
鶏唐揚げ・揚げ春巻きも、熱々サクサクで美味しい。サラダも、ドレッシングが良い仕事してました。
この店は、台湾料理なので、次回はアラカルトを頂こうと思います。焼き小籠包が美味しそうです。
