I had been interested in this restaurant for a long time, so I stopped by for lunch when I came to Kobe for New Year's. The location is in the back alley of Nankinmachi, Kobe's Chinatown. The restaurant has the atmosphere of a hideaway and stylish restaurant. I ordered Kobe beef Steak (super lean meat). It seems that you can change Steak size to a more tender and juicy part for an additional fee, but regular red meat is more than enough to be tender, juicy, and full of flavor.At first, you can eat it as is, then after that, you can break an egg, add dashi soy sauce, rock salt, etc. I ate it with onion sauce which changed the taste, but it was so delicious that I finished it in no time. Those who order the Kobe Beef Steak Juu will receive Kobe Beef Lean Sushi as part of the service, and the staff will grill it right in front of you on a burner, and it was also extremely delicious. I made a reservation in advance because I was able to make a reservation through the app as it was New Year's and there were not many restaurants open, and I was very satisfied with the experience, which exceeded my expectations. Especially recommended if you want to eat Kobe beef easily in Kobe.
