「ビーフカレー」を頂きました。
休日のお昼､､､
家族不在の一人飯、となれば名店巡り
の欲望が湧き上がります^ ^
有名ホテルのレシピを継承する
欧風カレーの名店を発見して
訪問しました♪
13:20到着。店内で5名待ち､､､
但し、丁度先客が退店するタイミングで
10分程度待って席に案内されました。
事前にお店のInstagramで見つけた
オススメトッピングも含めて注文です♪
【注文】ビーフカレー 1,200円也
肉追加 300円也

欧風カレー､､､
色々な食材をしっかりと煮込んだルゥ。
辛さは控えめで食材が醸し出す酸味と
コクのある味わい深い♪

肉追加､､､牛肉の大振りなブロック肉が
7、8個ゴロゴロと入っており、
通称"肉まみれ"と呼ばれています。
肉は牛の赤身肉でスプーンで
割ってみると綺麗な繊維質が美しい♪
勿論食感もサクリと柔らかく、
肉の味わいも良く旨し！
なるほどホテルカレーのqualityで
欧風カレーとしては、今まで食べた
欧風カレーで一番美味しい！
加えて男前のシェフも
オペレーションが最高です^ ^
