旧オリエンタルホテル出身のシェフ達が作る神戸伝統の洋食カレーとビーフシチューのお店、
「Sion」さんへ♪
お店の最寄りは阪急「花隈駅」もしくはJR「西元町駅」で、そこから徒歩2分くらい。
11時15分頃に到着、PPゲットでしたよ。
4,5人並んだ所で11時30分開店！
カウンター席に座って注文。
●ビーフカレー
●トッピングにハンバーグ90g
注文後すぐにミニサラダと薬味が提供され、
その後、約7分後にカレーの提供されました。
バターを炒めて仕上げた独自のカレールウがベース。そこに、ソテーオニオン、チャツネ、りんご等で甘味を出した欧風タイプのビーフカレー！
香りと甘味と酸味、そして最後に程よい辛味がバランスよく口の中に広がります。
具のビーフは、とても柔らかく仕上げられていて、旨味もたっぷり。
またトッピングしたハンバーグは表面に焦げ目があって香ばしい。中はしっとりとジューシー。
肉汁もしっかり味わえます。
これは美味しいですね♪
