料理のジャンルは幾つも有りますが、中越料理とは初めて目にします。
ネットをググると「中＝中国、越＝ベトナム」との事で、此方では双方の料理を提供される模様。
店頭のボードメニューも中華の定番定食と、フォーをメインにしたものが掲げられていました。
ベトナム料理は、香辛料が強い系の料理しか食した事が有りません。
匂いが独特な事も有り、南方の料理ってあまり得意では有りません。。
ですから、従って、、自ずと中華の定食にしてしまいます。
皆様のレビューを拝見すると、酢豚を推されています。
麻婆豆腐定食が有れば其方に走ったでしょうけれど、本日は酢豚に決定。
７分程で配膳。
スープを啜った後、豚肉を食む。
カラッと揚げられた豚肉ですが、中迄カリカリに揚がっています。
齧った断面を見ると、二巻き程のミルフィーユになっています。
ブロック肉では有りませんから、揚がるのは早いしジューシーさが無くなっています。
酢豚はブロック肉じゃないと。。
此方、ご飯が炊き立てで旨かったのは良かったです。
