ランチタイムは濃厚鶏スープのラーメンがウマし！
JR元町駅東口山側すぐにあります｢やぶ家 元町店｣にて本年ラーメン59食目｢濃厚鶏こつ味玉麺＋麺大盛｣880円なり～
板宿、新長田、元町に店舗を置く薩摩地鶏の焼鳥、鍋のお店が昼営業でラーメンを出してます。
お昼のラーメンメニューは濃厚、超濃厚、あっさり、鶏煮込みの４つ。
その中から濃厚鶏こつをいただきました。
鶏がらをじっくり煮込んだスープは天一と同じぐらいの濃度で、中太ちぢれ麺がどんどんスープを連れてきます。
濃厚な割に、食後のサッパリ感はなんやろ？普通に飲み干せます。
天一に似てるのでどうしても比較してしまいますが、食べ方解説に、最初はそのまま、途中で｢赤ゆず胡椒(ゆず胡椒に唐辛子を和えてる)｣を少し入れ、味の変化をお楽しみ下さい(^_^)bと食べ終わってから発見(笑)
味玉の味付けは非常に好みでウマい！

神戸長田にその焼鳥店の本店があるのかな？新長田の商店街でもやぶ家さんに伺った事があります。
主な麺メニューは

濃厚民族な私は迷わず｢超濃厚鶏こつ麺の味玉入り｣をお願いします。
スープは鶏の旨味が楽しめる濃厚な鶏白湯ですが、ドロポタとまでは行かずで普通に美味しくいただけます。
麺はいわゆるたまご麺でしょうか、つるつるな表面ながら濃厚なスープが絡みます。
お肉が鶏ももロースト、これはさすが焼鳥やさん、超ウメー！お肉おかわり欲しいw
黄身がトロトロな味玉をスープ絡めてぺろりと頂きごちそうさま！
