会社の先輩方との飲み会で利用しました。金曜日の7時前ということで、予約なしですんなり入れるか心配でしたが、ラッキーなことにまだ店内はすいてました。
この店は刺身がうまいとの前情報から、味比べやぶ家盛り（鶏刺し3種、馬刺し2種）、それとやぶ家自家製赤柚子サラダ、おつまみ３種盛りを注文しました。刺身盛り合わせは鶏と桜肉で、ささみ湯引き、薩摩知覧もも炙り、むね炙り、馬刺しロース、馬刺したてがみといった具合。それぞれとてもうまいのですが、特にうまかったのは馬刺し。霜降りの馬刺しロースが口に入れたとたんに溶けていきます。たてがみも濃厚でうまい。多分今まで食べた馬刺しの中では群を抜くうまさだと思います。
サラダは柚子の味にかなりのピリカラ。辛いサラダというのはあまりないと思うので新鮮でした。
それと焼き物の盛り合わせ。刺身でも食べられそうな鶏肉を、串焼きではなくジンギスカン鍋のような鉄板で自分で焼いていただきました。ももや皮、せせり等ですが、特に薩摩知覧のつくねがうまいですね。塩がおすすめのようですが、個人的にはしょうゆがうまいと思いました。
〆はやぶ家炙り丼を。これも炙った鶏肉の味を味わえるよう、ご飯の味付けは控えめです。これもうまかったです。
他にも鶏料理屋ということで、鶏天やチキン南蛮などの一品料理や鍋なども充実しているようですので、次回はぜひそちらをいただきたいですね。
