やぶ家さんといえば、鶏料理メインの店舗が数店舗ありますがこちらのランチは鶏こつ系ラーメンがメインとなります。
ランチタイムは11：30～14：00です、ランチタイム限定メニューなどもあるようですね、しかし今回はお目当ての超濃厚鶏こつ麺！！
やぶ家
神戸元町駅から徒歩1分と超駅ちかです、夜は鶏料理メインの居酒屋さん形態ですがお昼には鶏骨ラーメンがいただけます。ランチタイムは月曜日～金曜日なら麺大盛とお得なサービスもあるのでしっかり食べたい人にもいいですね。

超濃厚鶏こつ麺
今回は人気ナンバーワンの超濃厚鶏こつ麺を注文！濃厚そうなスープにネギ、メンマ、角切りチャーシューでクリーミーなスープがいかにも濃厚そう！
麺
中細麺でパツパツと噛み切れる歯ごたえの良い麺でツルッとすすることができます、スープとの相性も良く絡みもしっかり。
スープ
超濃厚鶏骨スープと言うことでドロドロ系を想像していたのですがスープ自体はさらっと飲める感じでスープ自体はさらっと飲める感じです。こってり感をだしながらもサラっとしたスープで濃厚に凝縮されたスープで、ランチタイムのみ提供になりますが後味はサッパリと鶏濃厚系のいいところですね。
角切りチャーシュー
超濃厚鶏骨ラーメンになるとチャーシューが角切りチャーシューになりますが、しっかり味つけられたチャーシューが濃厚なスープにも負けないパンチ力です。
結構たくさん入っているので結構急いでいたので、麺とのバランスを考えずに食べていたのですが最後まで角切りチャーシューの存在があり最後までバランスよく楽しむことが出来ました。
メンマ
メンマは少し小ぶりで一口サイズで味付けも濃くはありませんしっかり目のスープには合います。
まとめ
元町駅からすぐ近くのやぶ家さん、ランチタイムもしっかり鶏で濃厚なラーメンが楽しむことが出来ます。スープは濃厚でありながらも後味がすっきりしているのでお昼に食べても罪悪感がありません。
まだ食べたことのないにぼし麺や塩鶏こつ麺も気になるのでまた伺いたいと思います。
