昼食を頂きに、こちらのお店へ
昼はラーメン、夜は鶏中心の居酒屋さんです
伺ったのは、平日の昼12時15分頃、先客は3名、後客は0名でした
注文は【超濃厚鶏こつ麺（味玉入り）（1,030円）＋チャーシュー丼（普通）（300円）】
提供は5分くらいでした
麺は、ちょっと縮れた中細麺で、柔らかく滑りがあり、麺同士が絡んでしまっていました
スープは、濃厚な鶏コツ醤油ベースで、モミジ等のトロミがありますね
トッピングはブロック状のチャーシューが多数、青ネギ、気持ちだけレベルでメンマが入っています
追加した味玉は及第点の出来ですが、チャーシューが味濃いめですが、誤魔化し切れない獣臭が残っていてイマイチ・・・
追加したチャーシュー丼も、甘辛いタレが掛かっていますが、ご多分に漏れず、ブロック状のチャーシューは同じ様な味わいです
個人的には、体調悪いのかな？って思うくらい、残念ながら、合わなかったです⤵︎⤵︎
何年か振りに完食出来ませんでした
