Come here after work. First, Chiran and Tamba thigh sashimi. When you eat them side by side, the taste and hardness are completely different. Both delicious. I wanted to go for horse meat sashimi, but I couldn't do it alone due to the volume. Gyoza / Dumpling has a flavor that I like without having too much garlic. Originally, I would have baked it myself, but the staff was kind enough to grill it for me and serve it to me. It would be difficult to bake the breasts myself, so this helps! Thank you for the meal.
