1 minute walk from JR Motomachi Station. I visited Yabuya, a local chicken and local Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) izakaya. Yesterday, I was planning to go to Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) that a follower of mine was going to. Delicious-looking Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and tomato chuhai. I was able to enter the store without a reservation. I'm with friends today, so I'll put away the shochu and sake and have about 3 cups of Chuhai (Shochu cocktail). The sweetness of all Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) was quite modest, and the alcohol was quite strong, leaving me only slightly tipsy. The portions were pretty good, so I had talked about finishing with zosui or Ramen, but my stomach was so full that I couldn't. The chicken sashimi is generously cut into extremely thick pieces and is plump. Served with salt, wasabi, ginger, and garlic. Of course, the chicken sashimi is delicious, but if you go to Yabuya, please pay attention to the wasabi and ginger condiments. Wasabi and ginger are sweet. I would like to know what kind of variety it is... The chicken sashimi had a completely different taste. The two-color hotpot is collagen and Sukiyaki. Sukiyaki comes with Ranno eggs, and these eggs are incredibly delicious! I've had several dishes using Ranno eggs, but this is my first time using raw eggs. It's not that I can't eat raw eggs, but I don't like the fishy smell, so I don't actively order them outside. Not only does it not have a fishy smell, but the creamy, rich flavor is so delicious that I ended up ordering more eggs. Ranno is said to be raised with care and attention using eggs from chickens raised without feed containing chemical substances. The store staff told me that it is famous for its lack of odor. There's no smell, so you can enjoy the chicken to its fullest. A friend once told me, ``You can eat delicious eggs as they are without stirring them,'' and this was the first time I realized the meaning of those words.
