神戸へ旅行と記念日で利用しました。
GW中だったため、混雑を予想しておりましたが、
わざわざ4名の広いお席に通して頂けました。(来店は2名)
桃ジュースを注文しましたが、
生搾りのような食感でとても美味しい！
お肉は、店員さんからオススメされた、
炙り肉寿司を注文。
さすがプレミアム神戸牛！
食感も良く、目の前でバーナーで炙ってもらえるので、
臨場感もあります！
料理は、プレミアム神戸牛と極上赤身、希少部位と、スープやサラダが付くセットをオーダー。
希少部位は、特に美味。
鮪の大トロや中トロのように、噛んだ時の口に広がる味わいが極上！
最後に写真撮影もお願いしましたが、
快く対応をしていただき、何度も撮っていただけました！(*^▽^*)
