牛がギュウギュウに集まってる。
犇めきあってるー そう！この漢字は「ひしめき」って読むのです。
だからこちらのお店の屋号は「ひしめきや」さん
直前予約でお邪魔しました。
場所はJR神戸駅バスターミナルを少し西に行った場所で判りやすいです。
店内通路はさんで左右に半個室状に席が並びます。
こちらは希少部位が1枚（注文は２枚から）売りされお腹の具合と財布の懐具合に応じてオーダー出来ます。
タンの種類も多い☆☆☆
今回私は
・厚切り特上タン芯
・ヒウチ姿切り 極 稀少部位
・冷たいトマト
・すだちシャーベット
厚切りタンは歯応えがあり噛めば噛むほど肉の旨味が滲み出る美味しさレモン果汁で
綺麗に脂（サシ）の入ったヒウチは立つ程の分厚さで中はレアで表面を焼きハサミでカットして頂きます。
かぼす胡椒をつけ頂きます。
口の中で脂が解けますが甘さが残り更に赤身のしっかりとした肉の旨味も溢れています。
トマトはジュレポン酢がトッピングされていましたが私はお塩をかけ頂きました。
最後はすだちシャーベットで口の中に爽やかさが広がり美味しかったです。
