【コメント】
今回は休日に神戸までいき、神戸駅近くの焼肉[犇屋]さんへ。
今回はコースではなく、単品で注文しました。
まずは牛タン盛込み！いろいろな厚さの牛タンが１人前で10枚入っていました。厚いものは噛み応えもちょうどよくトップバッターにふさわしいクオリティーでした。
続いて必ず頼む、月見ユッケと生センマイ刺し！
とにかくご飯に合う！センマイは少し辛めのタレがとにかくご飯をすすませます。
そしてサラダの代わりにトマト。ドレッシングが固体でゼリー状になっており、とてもスッキリした味でした。
そして私のおすすめはツラミ！大きさもあり、そこまで脂も多くないためとても食べやすかったです。
最後のカルビクッパは塩味が効いており、これまたスッキリした味でした。
