水蓮ランチをいただきました♪
9月のメニューは
・前菜3種
・干し貝柱のコーンスープ
・海老と季節野菜の炒めもの
・さつま芋入り酢豚
・蟹肉入り炒飯
・杏仁豆腐
前菜3種は蒸し鶏・ピータン豆腐・肉巻き牛蒡。
コーンスープは濃厚で、たっぷりの量があって、お腹いっぱいに！
海老と季節野菜の炒め物は、人参を使った飾りがあって可愛かった♪ 私はちょうちょ、主人は薔薇。海老がプリプリでとても美味しい♪
酢豚にさつまいもが入ってるのは初めてだったけど美味。ちょっとすっぱい大学芋みたいな感じ。
蟹肉入り炒飯は、味も濃すぎずシンプルで美味しかった！
杏仁豆腐も杏仁の香りがしっかりしていて濃厚に感じた。
最後に出していただいたお茶がとても美味しくて。烏龍茶の風味なのだけど、少し甘みがあって。なんなのかわからなかったので、店員さんに質問したら、丁寧に教えてくださいました。烏龍茶の茎茶だそうです。
次は日替わりか月替わりのランチを食べに行きたい♪
