呑み会が有る日のランチは、カレーを食する様に成りました。
カレー粉の黄色い成分がウコンで、成分内に二日酔い防止のクルミンが入っているとの事。
まあ、鯨飲すれば効能は薄くなりますが、何も対策しないよりは良いでしょう。
今日は此方へ。
神戸市内の「パルフェ」は此方でコンプリート出来ます。
此方のカレーは私的に辛い部類ですから、並盛に温泉玉子をトッピング。
辛くなったら温泉玉子を食し、口の中をマイルドに和らげなければなりません。
着席してオーダーを通して水を飲む。
オーダー後５分で配膳されるのはカレーだから。
気取った店は入店後１５分を要しても出て来ませんが、カレーですからね。
予め作っておいた物を煮込み、オーダー後に盛り付ければ済む筈です。
戴く前に全種類の薬味をカレー皿に載せます。
温泉玉子も忘れずに♪
タマネギチップとご飯を掬い、ルゥを付けて食する。
３口頂いた頃じんわりと刺激が、、その後額に汗が浮き出て来ます。
ラッキョを摘まみ、福神漬けを食む。
キュウリのピクルスが旨いですねぇ。
チキンも程良い大きさで、並盛り￥６００は秀逸価格です。
