元町商店街にあるボロネーゼ専門店。店内はL字型のカウンター席のみ。ボロネーゼは、量とパスタの種類が選べる。パスタの種類は、A. パッパルデッレ B. タリアテッレ C. スパゲティーニ K. キタッラ R. クリームリゾット(チーズと生クリームを使用したカレースタイルのボロネーゼ)の5種類ある。トッピングは、モッツァレラチーズ、ポルチーニ茸、きのこミックス、レバーペースト、グラナ・パダーノチーズ、パンチェッタ(豚の塩漬け)、肉2倍、龍の卵の温泉卵の8種類ある。昼に2人で来て、ボロネーゼ並 スパゲティ麺、龍の卵の温泉卵(¥1200+¥110)、ボロネーゼ並 タリアテッレ麺(¥1200)を、サラダ、ピクルス、ゼッポリーニのセット(¥280×2)で頼んだ。ゼッポリーニは、岩海苔入りナポリの揚げパン。ボロネーゼは牛肉の塊がゴロゴロ入っている。ソースが美味しかった。店内は狭く混んでいるが、また来たい。
