Osteria Bucco is a famous restaurant that used to be in Kitano, Sannomiya. I used to frequent the restaurant because the osso buco made by Chef Sawamura, who trained in Italy for about eight years, was shockingly delicious. It later moved to Osteria Bucco Bolognese, which aims to serve a casual Italian Cuisine cuisine, but it is so popular that it was fully booked on the day we visited. I visited with three business associates. The chef's recommendations were served tapas style. Tomato mousse, pesto sauce, squid fritters, marinated sardines (I forgot to take a photo), cold pork with tuna sauce, tuna crostini, osso buco, and bolognese with pacha delle (thick noodles). We also had three bottles of beer: Lambrusco (slightly sparkling, red), Gran Sasso, Trebbiano (white), Gran Sasso, and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo (red). It cost about 5,000 yen per person. The food was like something you'd find in a gastronomic Restaurants in the Italian countryside, and the reasonably priced wines were well-selected. The people who accompanied us all praised it highly. I highly recommend it.
