Anyway, it was delicious! It was lunch on a cold day, but I was relieved by the warmth and sweetness of the pumpkin and milk potage appetizer. The salmon and couscous salad had a light sourness that brought out the sweetness of the salmon, and the texture of the couscous went well together. The main dish, chicken, was shown to us as a whole roast, and then we were given some to share. The left side was the thigh meat and the right side was the breast meat, so I enjoyed the difference in taste and texture. I think there are quite a lot of items for lunch, but the light seasoning made it delicious to the last bite. A small flower was placed on each plate, which was a nice touch for women. Not only the food but also the service is impeccable, and at this price...I think this will become a standard place for lunch in Kobe.
