基本シェフおまかせ6,000円のコースのみ。 |
少し時間ができたこともあり、食べログ投稿を少しずつ始めています。せめて今年の分で記憶に残っているものだけでもと年内駆け込みアップしています。こちらは2023年1月に伺ったものですが、とても記憶に残るお料理でした。
ワインとお料理の組み合わせ、ペアリングも面白く、料理も一つ一つ楽しかったです。
次々サーブされるお酒とお料理は何かしらと思いながらカウンターで待つ時間が楽しかったです。ワンオペですが、気さくなシェフでお話を楽しみながらお料理を出してくださって楽しい時間となりました。
