基本シェフおまかせ6,000円のコースのみ。 |
初訪問です。予約は電話で3ヶ月ほど前に。全体的に優しい味付けでした。ワインや紹興酒のペアリングで、ほとんどフリーフローで注いでくれます。料理とナチュールワインのペアリングは素晴らしいです。この日はリクエストで麻婆豆腐もお願いしました。直前に仕入れるという豆腐が使われておりこちらも優しいお味でした。ワイン好きなら楽しめるお店です。
