こちら溶岩で各々焼くスタイルの鶏肉のお店という触書ですが、実際には
いこった炭が入った七輪で各々焼くスタイルの鶏肉のお店です。
チェーンという訳ではありませんが鹿児島から大阪まで複数業態を営業されている中の１店舗のようです(^-^)
どの店舗にも共通メニューがあります。
こちらは『焼き』に特化した店舗。

22:00を回っての訪店でしたので店内はわりと空いていました。
ですが、欠品も多数な時間帯になってくるのでお気をつけ下さい。
→焼物系
オーダーすると目の前に七輪がセットされます。
皮はボイルされているようですが、鶏肉ですし無造作に盛られているのでしっかりちみちみ焼いていきましょう。
どれも値段の割に…な印象でした。
豚足をサーブされた時に、新しいおしぼりを持ってきてくださったのは嬉しいお気遣い(*´꒳`*)
→鶏のとまとソース煮
陶板での提供なのでグツグツと臨場感があります。
熱々の内に是非！
バランス的には私的に系列の『ごて王 元町店』さんに軍配が上がります。
チーズの量でしたり、トッピングの有無、個体の大きさなど。
→豚の角煮
メインの豚は厚切り三段バラが２枚。
油通しをしたししとう・ミニトマト・ペーストの辛子が添えられています。
バラ身な分、やはり熱々で食べるのが一番ですね。
お肉自体に味が染みていましたが、お肉から出た脂によって印象的には角煮というよりかはアヒージョの様な一皿でした。
・チキン南蛮
胸肉一枚揚げです。
個人的にはポーションの方が好みです。
系列のごて王元町店さんはポーションでしたので、どうしても比べてしまいます(^-^;
タルタルがたっぷりかかっていますが、たっぷりすぎてタルタルの味になります。
玉ねぎやピクルスの食感がごろごろありますが手作りでは無いですね。
一切れ食べただけで満足感あります。
溶岩焼きという事で、いわゆるあの石のプレートをイメージしていたのですが少し違うようでした(^-^;
深夜2：00まで営業されているようなので助かりますね。
